Responsibility

• Provide quality implementation and support services to customers
• Focus on customer-centric applications & solutions, including video, collaboration, messaging, voice and signage system
• Activities include customer requirement analysis, implementation planning, system configuration, fault isolation, documentation
• Opportunity in new solutions development

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or University graduate in Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines,
• 1 year experiences in IT support or project implementation
• A good team-player with strong analytical and logical thinking
• Technical background on customer-centric, collaboration/voice or process automation solutions is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Solution Engineer
