The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of a high-profile business transformation project, covering organizational and process change.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business to simplify, standardize and streamline processes; to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase capacity, reduce operating risk and associated losses
• Conduct gap analysis between current and target state, identify opportunities for change and improvement, and quantify the benefits of recommendations
• Provide documentation requirements and support the design and development of the future end-to-end game development process
• Support the business in the design and implementation of major people-oriented programs, including organization redesign, talent management, culture change etc.
• Support change management activities through the assessing change impacts and developing required change materials including communications and training materials

Requirements

• 5 years of proven experience in change and transformation driven projects

• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping and working with business stakeholders to define to-be business processes and implementation plans
• Good knowledge in change management methodologies and their application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor communication methods to various audiences
• Strong data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills
• Analytical, detail-orientated and has intellectual curiosity
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
