Job Responsibilities

• Equipment Installation – Prepare, Design and Construct requirements and checklist for equipment to be install/relocate/disposal within Datacenter
• Carry out datacenter’s Monitoring, Operational & Administrative tasks, Status and Inspection Check according to established procedures, practices and service agreements
• Daily Operation - Record issue log, service log and prepare health and status reports
• Vendor Management - Schedule Maintenance, Technical Support and Equipment Disposal with vendor
• Support - Handle hotline, service desk support and incident / technical escalation

Qualification & Requirements

• F.5/Diploma of above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ IT experience in which one-year experience in datacenters is preferred
• Willing to work on shifts (between 8am – 10pm) (NO overnights)
• Good understanding of data center infrastructure and its resiliency design (UPS, Generator, CRAC, cabling, containment routes, etc). CDCP is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and detail-minded
