Our client is seeking for professional Middleware Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Middleware Messaging products and services and support client applications
• Develop, document, and implement procedures for Middleware Messaging products support
• Develop growth plans to ensure that the hosting environment is capable of supporting the projected growth
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to application hosting infrastructure
• Perform SSL Certificate management
• Responsible for system setup, backup & restore, software installation and patch upgrade

 Requirements: 

• High Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Services or related disciplines;

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a technical support role, experience in large corporate industry or multinational companies is preferred;
• Good understanding of network , Microsoft technologies and cloud server environments
• Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and foreigner vendor liaison experience;
• A proactive problem solver with customer focused mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
