Responsibilities: 

• Handle front-desk call service and provide IT support to users including PC hardware, mobile device, network, Wi-Fi, applications such as Microsoft Office and meeting room AV facilities, perform request prioritization and address issues impact to user operation and/or system security;
• Maintain IT inventory including software, hardware and networking equipment;
• Perform status monitoring on data center networks & systems and related facilities;
• Provide 1^st tier support on Corporate applications regarding Finance, HR, Sales, etc.;
• Assist to develop internal documents and IT policies and procedures, and provide training on Corporate and desktop applications;
• Take up special projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or University degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline; MCSA & CCNA or other relevant qualification is an advantage but not a must;
• One year or above working experience on relevant capacity;
• Experience in Windows platform, Mobile platform (iOS and Android), MS Office 2016;
• Knowledge in Linux, Cloud technology, Helpdesk automated tools/innovative solutions (e.g. Chatbot, Robot Automation) is advantage but not a must;  
• Knowledge in Endpoint security, Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft AD, Cisco Switch, VMWare and Veeam is an advantage but not a must;
• Good communication skills, fast learning, self-motivated, open minded and good team player;
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
