Responsibilities:

• IP Phone software technical customers support
• Solve technical issues independently
• Be the interface between the customers and R&D 
• Develop and customize drivers running on embedded system devices  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering
• Very Good embedded SW design and debugging skills
• Good programming in C, Linux OS preferable
• Knowledge of VoIP is an advantage 
• Quick learner, team player and self-motivated
• Fluent English and good Mandarin
• Willing travel to Asia Pacific, Europe and Israel
