Our client is an IT solution and service company focused in providing software solutions on modern computing platforms. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ needs to recommend the best solutions around the solution offerings
• Conduct customer meetings to elaborate the solutions to customer
• Follow up in the presales activities, including proposal composition, demonstration and contract term negotiation
• Constant coaching of customers to understand the customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Participate in presales activities to complete the business deal in order to achieve the solution team target

Requirements

• Diploma holder in IT related discipline
• 2-4 years IT Infrastructure experience
• Experience with Virtualization and SAN infrastructure design
• Knowledge in data backup solution
• Experience or Certification on SAN/NAS/HCI solution
• Knowledge and experience in Hypervisor, Window, Linux, networking as well as Cloud Solution
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in English, Mandarin and Chinese
