Qualification and Requirements: -

• Diploma or higher certification in IT related courses
• 2 years or above in IT support role
• PC, Mac, Win servers, Network equipment,…etc
• Server, Firewall, and advanced IT/network skill is an advantage
• Strong IT trouble shooting skills and communication skill with clients
• Hard working and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT support technician
