• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with Enterprise Collaboration platform “MGF Connect” using SharePoint Online eforms and workflows.
• Design and implement web-based applications using .Net and MS SQL Server
• Work with internal and external partners to develop, test and implement system changes according to customer specifications. External partners include software vendors and service providers. Internal partners include other IT team members and internal business users.
• Review, analyze and modify systems including coding, testing, and debugging to support application systems. Also include integration and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with IT functional team to develop new or update existing processes and tools to support effective use of applications and information technology.
• Develop technical documentation to support projects and/or routine processes.  Also support code deployment and release management processes 
• Prepare prototype to elaborate ideas to fulfill user requirements
• Provide tier-3 production support.
• Develop technical solutions with a broader view taking into account other applications and future uses.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with 3+ years of experience.
• Technical experience and development skills of web design using ASP.NET
• Development skills with user controls and master pages
• Experience in developing websites, intranet or extranet applications
• Familiar with CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5, JQuery and/or SharePoint is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently under tight project schedule.
• Able to work in a fast paced, complex & matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Business knowledge in apparel and/or retail business is an advantage.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours, especially working with team in USA.
• Willingness to work with different cultures
