Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support service to HK office staff, including helpdesk support servicePC S/W & H/W supporting service; IT day-to-day operations, IT procurement/disposal, user a/c management.
- Support improvement plans and changes to processes, systems and procedures
- Build strong working partnerships with other IT teams and users
- Ensure service level adherence and user satisfaction
- Update IT inventory and documentations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software) is preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion will also be considered
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
