- Manage daily operation of call center and lead a team of telesales to achieve business goals
- Provide training, coaching and motivation to achieve sales target and quality customer service
- Coordinate with internal parties to achieve performance goals
- Handle customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints
- Prepare regular reports for management review
Requirement
- Form 5 or above
- 3 years telesales or customer service experience in any industry, minimum 1 year at supervisory level
- Good communication, people management and complaint handling skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
