Job Description

• Manage daily operation of call center and lead a team of telesales to achieve business goals
• Provide training, coaching and motivation to achieve sales target and quality customer service
• Coordinate with internal parties to achieve performance goals
• Handle customers’ orders, enquiries and complaints
• Prepare regular reports for management review

Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years telesales or customer service experience in any industry, minimum 1 year at supervisory level
• Good communication, people management and complaint handling skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
