Job Description

1)    Architect 

  • Develop strong relationships with the client becoming a trusted advisor
  • In collaboration with the account team, be a focal point for new business and incremental sales opportunities shaping client request through early engagement and detailed knowledge of the estate providing solution context and direction to the pre-sales architects
  • Take a key role in understanding the Clients business requirements and contracted services, relating these to the Account technical strategy and mapping them to the various delivery streams
  • Provides operational ownership of the end-to-end Account Architecture
  • Can act as the Account Architecture Authority, providing Governance and Assurance to both pre and post sales driven design change
  • Contribute and support the development of technology strategy, roadmaps and future state architectures for the account in conjunction with the Sector CTO and the client’s business requirements
  • Ensuring solutions and designs adhere to the Atos Services standards and policies wherever possible, raising exceptions as necessary
  • Ensure appropriate high-level design documentation is produced as a recognized set of deliverables that are consistent to the Atos Architecture Methodologies and Frameworks
  • Contribute to client innovation process, ensuring that developments in the portfolio are considered and presented to the client where relevant
  • Maintain an awareness of and promote any relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice, e.g. those relating to security, quality, data protection, audit etc.
  • Stay abreast of technology developments in the market and, where appropriate, build emerging and maturing technologies into the account’s technology roadmap

Skills

  • Senior level Design/Architecture experience
  • Strong technical judgment and thought leadership - comfortable getting into the details when necessary and taking ownership of issue resolution
  • Presentation skills; presence and credibility in front of customers and senior leaders, experience as an influencer
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills especially in a multi-cultural environment
  • Commercial acumen
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • English business fluent
  • Willingness to travel
  • Demonstrable expertise across the IT Infrastructure stack.
  • Appreciation of the business application and database layers and their implications on the underlying infrastructure and service delivered.
  • Proven experience of working at senior organisational - CIO/CTO, Finance Director, IT Director and other CxO levels.
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Relevant Certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL Master, Zachman)
  • Knowledge of current technology areas such as 
  1. Digital Workplace (VDI, O365, Automated Assistants)
  2.  Big Data Analytics
  3.  Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud (Google, AWS, Azure, Oracle)
  4.  Containerization
  5.  Automation and Orchestration
  6.  Software defined Networking
  7.  Digital transformation including cloudification
  8. Service architecture  

 

2) Marketing executive

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Promote, Develop and deliver marketing campaigns
  • Work with sales team to design marketing collateral materials
  • Website content management and develop social media campaign
  • Event planning and management
  • Handle customer enquiries, execute sales and marketing program to achieve company goal
  • Assist in other ad hoc marketing projects
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants for preparing and providing proposals to customers

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / IT or equivalent disciplines
  • 3 years experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Pagemaker, Photoshop is preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM is an advantage
  • Candidate with solid marketing experience of IT solutions in any vertical market would be an advantage
  • Fluency in oral and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin

 

3)   Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team on business opportunity and provide pre-sales consultancy
  • Engage clients to identify business requirements, estimate level of effort, develop and implement solutions
  • Preparation of proposals, proof of concept, system demonstration and project documentations
  • Participate in the project planning and project execution phases of the project.
  • Effectively communicate through written and oral means, ideas and recommendations to all levels of an organization

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
  • Experience with OCR, scanning solution, document management or business process re-engineering will be an advantage
  • With know-how on latest enterprise technology, software applications, backend systems, middleware, client applications, documentation management solutions, network/hardware systems, etc
