• Front end Design and Development

The lead is responsible for the delivery of programs and drive the firm technology forward and offer a chance to work on web applications that span the spectrum of devices from desktop to tablets to smart phones.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization.
• Develop and deliver technical systems.
• Develop solutions as per the approved application design framework.
• Own the application project planning and the deployment management to ensure the agreed business requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentations, including and not limited to, application services topology, application and systems dependency diagrams, requirements document, application and database design documents, application development project plans, as-built document, support documents.
• Provide training to end users.
• Own and resolve issues with applications.
• Proactively monitor and maintain the Application & Database environments according to SLAs.
• Continuous improvement, upgrades, and enhancement on applications according to business needs.
• Work close with regional counterpart

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables. 
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience with a concentration in front end design and development.
• Technically strong with .net (4.5.x), Sql, mobile development, robotics experience an advantage.
• 4+ years of ASP.NET (4.5.x) experience with MVC framework.
• 5+ years of experience working with SSRS, SSIS and SQL Server 2008R2 and 2012 +
• Proven ability to facilitate change management with teams.
• Experience in the full project and delivery life cycles - from planning to delivery, implementation and completion.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, English and Chinese.
• Ability to work within diverse, global, virtual teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in application design and construction, work breakdown structure of items, design and code reviews, unit test and build activities, deployment and performance related activities, documentation, support and training/mentoring.
