Job responsibility

l   Provide network and security project implementation, user acceptance tests, documentation and manual preparation and after-sales training

l   Provide hands-on support on Network Security / Infrastructure products

l   Handle daily technical support and enquiry

l   Willing to learn new technologies

l   Work closely with Vendors, Partner, Technical team for the execution of network rollout and advise on issues related to customer projects

l   Travel to China and Macau is occasionally required

 

Requisite Qualifications and Experience:

l   2 years of related experience

l   Diploma or degree holder in IT or related subject

l   Hands-on experience in network and security solutions such as: Load balancing, UTM Firewall, Web application firewall, endpoint security, programming skills will be an advantage.

l   Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently

l   Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

l   Fresh graduate will also be considered
