The Job: 

• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures
• Perform daily network and application monitoring, prepare health check report
• Maintain network integrity and security including firewall provisioning
• Implement network changes in accordance with change procedure
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
• Participate in network implementation projects and assignments 

The Person:  

• Degree in IT or related disciplines
• Holder of valid CCNA/CCNP certificate
• 1-3 years of solid experience in LAN/WAN network infrastructure support environment
• In-depth knowledge in L2/3, VPN, LAN/WAN technologies and related protocols
• Solid experience in Cisco routers/switches and Fortigate firewalls
• Proficient in network management software such as Solarwinds, Cacti, Nagios and shell scripting
• Familiar with Aruba WiFi, BlueCoat and HP switches is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to change and multi-tasking
