Job Description
Responsibilities
- To retain and expand the designated Employee Benefits portfolio productivity
- Explore new business opportunities and participate actively in upselling/cross-selling initiatives for better penetration
- Provide professional advice and risks management solution to clients with quality services
- Establish and maintain good relationship with insurers for cost-effective solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of relevant documents to insurers & clients aligning with the service benchmark in the operation manual
- Responsible for customer services and administration of employee benefits business of commercial and corporate clients
- Responsible for daily administration services for corporate clients including enquiries, movement, claims, debit notes… etc.…
- Support in preparation of business proposal and client presentation material. Coordination with product provider (e.g. insurers and medical practitioners).
Requirements
- Degree holder with ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI or in good progress with insurance professional qualification
- Passed in IIQE and MPF intermediaries examination
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in employee benefits, preferably with broking experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
