Job Summary

Responsible for the product implementation and acting as system owner to manage Policy Generation System (PGS)

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement ad hoc projects and / or strategic initiatives related to product management as assigned from time to time.
  • Manage overall product implementation schedule and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Obtain market intelligence on products to track market trend, source and analyze or arrange for analyses of competitors’ product related information and provide summary with recommendations to support management for product initiatives/business strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and effective delivery of Market Information Manual (MIM).
  • Manage the effective delivery of PGS for proposal illustration and its revamp and act as primary trainer on PGS UAT to department members.
  • Generate sales ideas; consolidate to prepare sales presentation materials and conduct presentation for agency as assigned from time to time.
  • Handle product enquiries from agency.
  • Act as PIC secretary to prepare meeting minutes & agenda.
  • Responsible for identifying and recommend good performers and assess their ability as potential successors for the responsible area.

 

Job Requirements

  • University/College graduate plus 8 years’ experience (Manager) or 6 years’ experience (Assistant Manager)
  • Exposure in insurance industry is a MUST
  • Strong leadership, business sense and customer oriented
  • Strong in project management & stakeholder management
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Team player with initiative, positive attitude and good interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with MS office software especially Excel
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
