Our client is a well known insurance company and they are now looking for high calibers to fill up the below positions:

Responsibilities   

• Handle enquiries and complaints from customers and agents
• Assess General / Life insurance claims and handle claims administration
• Review claims reports or claim documents and prepare general correspondence 
• Participate in system testing and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder / Diploma Holder 
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Service  in Insurance/ Banking Industry
• Experience in sales support / Customer Services 
• Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
