Responsibilities:

• Control good manufacturing practice in production flow, safety, QC, raw materials yields and administration.
• Contribute towards executive management in the planning and execution of factory goals, productivity improvement and related product development.
• Develop schedule metrics to monitor and control production results
• Liaise and maintain excellent relationship with various chinese government departments and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

•  Degree / Diploma or above in Food Science or Food Technology
• At least 10 years managerial experience in plant management in food industry
• Strong background in manufacturing process management and quality improvement programs
• Good knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO22000, QS, GMP, TQM etc.)
• Proven capability in leading and building efficient teams with high standard of ethics and quality
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must.
• Candidate will be engaged mainly in PRC, but regular meeting in Hong Kong is required.
