Job Duties:

• Responsible for overall factory management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years work experience in factory environment in senior managerial level
• Excellent in production management and factory operation system
• Tooling and Plastic injection background is a must
• Electronic/automotive background is preferred
• Strong leadership skills, well planning and problem solving
• Experience in handling over 700 employee
• Good command in Mandarin and English
• Stationed at factory 5.5 days a week
• 至少10年高級管理層工廠環境工作經驗
• 優秀的生產管理和工廠操作系統
• 模具和注塑背景是必須的
• 電子/汽車背景是首選
• 良好的領導能力，精心策劃和解決問題
• 處理700多名員工的經驗
• 良好的普通話和英語能力
• 每週工作5.5天
