Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and control the production progress and quality to fulfill customers’ requirement.
• Coordinate with various departments to plan and prioritize production schedule.
• Supervise operations staff to achieve daily production targets, including performance standard setting and monitoring.
• Review operations performance to improve efficiency and optimize production process.
• Manage and communicate the operational exceptions to stakeholders timely.

Requirement:  

• 3 years of experience in Operations management
• Experience in production/logistics/warehouse operations or related industries
• Basic knowledge in computer operation
• Good communication skills
• Secondary 5 or above
