l   To supervise the team to fulfill the safety and optimal productivity

l   To supervise the team for inspection, repairing, painting, spraying service of product and ensure product quality meets customers standard

l   To operate production facilities to achieve maximum efficiency and to be responsible for the efficiency of the team

l   To supervise logistic team to prepare delivery schedule and arrangement to ensure the delivery is guaranteed on time

l   To maintain and handle daily production records and plan on regular basis and follow-up all work after the order

l   To Review, improve and develop Operational workflow, efficiency and Company ERP System

l   Timely tracking the original and auxiliary materials of the order and having well operation control on costing to minimize costs

l   To set up and exploit production process in other branch office by copying same ERP and operation system in Hong Kong

l   To accomplish consolidated monthly costing analysis

l   To formulate and review KPI report  

l   To conduct regular meetings with the team

l   To provide training and coaching for the team
