Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Formulate appropriate merchandising strategies to meet the Team's business targets and development goals;
• Have good base-network to explore potential clients in relevant fields
• Maintain good relationship and close communication with clients and proactively execute potential client acquisition
• Lead and drive the merchandising operation in both Hong Kong and China Office of specific targets in output, productivity, cost, quality and delivery;
• Drive continuous improvement and implementing appropriate best practices of merchandising;
• Develop competency in merchandising operation with key performance indicators;
• Inspire a common vision and enhance teamwork within the merchandising teams operation to achieve total customer satisfaction. 
• Travel to China may be required
• Other ad doc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree or above; with over 10 years of solid experience related to garment trims/ accessories field or garment field
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Strong in leading and people management, with at least 5 years in management or supervisory role;
• Aggressive and organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skill, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is an advantage
