Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist and report to the head of department in handling legal documents, mainly, commercial contracts and agreements
• Handle issues about intellectual property, insurance or other legal aspects in the daily operation
• Provide timely legal support or assistance to the team
• Assist in conducting legal research and formulate legal advice to internal departments
• Act as an adaptor for disseminating inter-departmental communication, and coordinating the flow of information externally and internally

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Legal Studies/Law or any related discipline is preferred
• 1-2 years or above relevant working experience is preferred
• Having common-law knowledge, particularly, contract laws, company laws, insurance laws, intellectual property laws or other area of laws in Hong Kong
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS software skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive and proactive working attitudes
• Communication and co-ordination skill
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required
