Jobs Duties

• Provide comprehensive sales & marketing supports in a highly professional manner
• Perform daily administrative work for sales & marketing team
• Conduct product training
• Co-ordinate and assist project implementation
• Evaluate sales & event effectiveness and prepare analysis reports
• Collect data and compile market research
• Process quotation and QS

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder (Certificate or Diploma with working experience would be considered)  
• At least 2 years working experience in sales & marketing support (Experience in Legal, Finance or Property fields would be an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Skills in InDesign or AI would be an advantage)
• Highly self-motivated, work closely with internal different level of staff members
• Presentable, confident, articulate and hard working 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy 
• Flexible and multitasking; passion to learn and develop the skills for contributing to the team
• Written in English & Chinese (Oral communication in English & Mandarin would be an advantage)
