Jobs Duties

• Provide strategy and direction for the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve business objectives 
• Plan and implement marketing plans, including PR, events, exhibitions, press conference & etc.
• Develop and manage all customer touch-points, including websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Maximize the sales generation and maintain the brand competitiveness via effective integrated marketing plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and social media activities with KPI setting, on-going assessment & improvement recommendation
• Manage and evaluate marketing budget
• Compile market research and prepare analyze reports
• Manage a marketing team and develop a In House marketing team in the long run

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline  
• At least 5 years working experience in marketing and advertising agency (Experience in Legal, Finance or Property fields would be an advantage)
• Track record in leading and managing marketing and promotional campaigns
• Proactive, results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong in problem-solving and people management
• Passionate, flexible, multitasking and capable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Written in English & Chinese (Oral communication in English & Mandarin would be an advantage)
