Jobs Duties

• Co-ordinate and assist project implementation
• Liaise with internal & external market communications partners & vendors
• Deliver product briefing, training & presentations
• Evaluate event effectiveness and prepare analysis reports
• Collect data and compile market research
• Process quotation and QS
• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to senior management on personal and business activities
• Travelling and outfield meetings may require

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline (Certificate or Diploma with working experience would be considered)  
• At least 2 years working experience in marketing and secretarial fields
• Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Skills in InDesign or AI would be an advantage)
• Highly self-motivated, work closely with internal different level of staff members
• Energetic, diligent and presentable with cheerful personality 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy 
• Flexible and multitasking; passion to learn and develop the skills for contributing to the team
• Written in English & Chinese (Oral communication in English & Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Willing to travel to mainland occasionally
