Working with the Facial Aesthetics Sales Team, Marketing Manager and BC Manager to contribute to the sales performance for the Coolsculpting range of products through the delivery of quality marketing strategies and effective sales program implementation.

• Development of consultant training programs and educational tools for patient communication/education program of Coolsculpting. (20%)

• Establish a very solid relationship with our distributor Neoderm to make sure they can achieve the sales objective. Build the business plan with Neoderm to assure the growth of Coolsculpting business can be driven throughout the year. (40%)

• Draw and execute the marketing plan to ensure our brand Coolsculpting is well known in the market. Prepare promotional materials in line with the marketing plan to build the business growth. (15%)

• Co-ordinate with our internal strategic marketing team, the agencies and other suppliers for all the marketing materials, local and international events. Arrange different internal and external documents to make sure all the parties are having a smooth process. (10%)

• Liaising with the Sales Managers to ensure Coolsculpting marketing messages, programs and materials are effectively implemented in-field and amended as required to maximize sales results, including in-clinic campaign and in-clinic display. (15%)
