Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, organizing and executing marketing programs & activities to generate new business
  • Developing, managing and executing strategic marketing plans and market research
  • Supporting senior management for strategic branding and promotional activities
  • Meeting and following-up prospective clients, handling various enquiries from prospective clients independently, mainly from the PRC and all other related business development matters
  • Working closely with the Company’s professional team on implementing the client strategy and marketing plan
  • Strengthening the Company's reputation and branding in the industry
  • Preparing marketing and presentation materials, marketing data-mining and website updates and corporate brochure updates for the Company
  • Building or enhancing good relationships with business partners and explore new business opportunities
  • Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management

 

REQUIRMENTS

  • Degree holder, preferably in business or corporate administration, marketing or public relation
  • Understand PRC corporations' culture
  • Possess of company secretarial, accounting or capital market knowledge or experience is an advantage
  • At least 4 years’ solid marketing, business development and investor relationship experience preferable in professional firms, investment bank, PR or IR firms, financial printer or listed companies is an advantage
  • Able to work independently on daily correspondence, proactive and handling prospect clients with excellent communication skills
  • Mature, high ethical standard, a good team player
  • Pleasant, detail oriented, well organized and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS office and various social media
  • Good command of English and Chinese and fluency or native in Putonghua; ability to speak and write other languages is an advantage
