Job Description

• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plan to drive business and build restaurant brands
• Create visual content and design for marketing campaigns on website & social media (e.g. photos, images, animations, videos, etc)
• Create text/copy writing for marketing campaigns on website & social media
• Plan and implement effective social media advertising so as to increase social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Wechat, etc.
• Handle on-site social video production and photography independently
• Find exposure on foodie communities, platforms and different medias to ensure maximum coverage
• Design menus, promotion and event materials

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in social media management and digital content development, preferably with restaurant / retail experience. Agency background with multi accounts handling experience a plus
• Solid and hands on experience in social content creation, copy-writing, editorial and video/photo creation
• In-depth knowledge in major social media platforms especially FB & Instagram management with proven significant achievement
• Strong communications and writing skill with excellent proficiency in English and Chinese
• Creative, motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Creative mindset with passion in F&B & craft beer market, sensitive to marketing trend
• IT literacy: Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator
