Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill the project’s objectives and organize, supervise and execute the project smoothly
• To coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties effectively to ensure quality delivery of programs
• Review and execute the promotional activities
• A very dynamic role which incorporating a wide variety of tasks
• To ensure timely delivery of project within budget and quality standards
• Report to Board of Directors

Job Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 6 years experience of organization and on-site coordination of art, design and cultural events or exhibitions (Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager)
• Good coordination, time management and project management skills; attention to details
• Independent and good team player; able to work in tight schedule and sometimes beyond normal hours
• Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Travel will be required
