Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales ordering processing and handling shipping documents
• Support the execution of full range of marketing project, including press conference, sales meeting and etc.
• Handle customer enquiry through hotline and email
• Provide general administration support to the team
• Perform outdoor and ad hoc tasks as and required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or university student
• Experience in CS, marketing and shipping is an advantage
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, energetic, and organized
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
