Job Description

• Direct communication and interaction with investors and analysts and handle their enquiries
• Formulate and execute investor events including investor meetings, conferences and road shows
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation, press release, Q&A, conducting research and analysis
• Organize, modify and prepare presentation materials and keep regular and irregular updates
• Act as an external communications gateway and ensure consistency in all external communications materials
• Assist with internal/external communication, liaison and arrangement for leadership interview, external events andcorporate information disclosure; enhance company's image and reputation
• Assist with events preparation including AGM or SGM
• Engage in ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferable in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines with excellent knowledge in finance and stock market
• Strong verbal communication skills in Putonghua, English as well as Cantonese, and proficiency in written English and Chinese, proficiency in using MS Excel and Word, especially PowerPoint
• Proactive, presentable and highly analytical, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, good team spirit
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience and preferably with PRC companies and Listed companies
• occasional travel to PRC
