Eternel Pearl is looking to expand his brand to worldwide,  we are currently hiring the position to assist COO to handle marketing communication, internal communication as well as internal and external company events.

Job Description

MARKETING STRATEGY

• Define marketing strategy for the brand including product priorities, sampling strategy, pricing strategy for international distribution, trade marketing strategy, PR strategy

• Coordinate with the local marketing teams to provide a proper execution toolkit and implementation of the strategy.

• Analyze and create a feedback loop from the region to HQ the needs in terms of product and competition

• Regular markets visits to challenge and support the marketing & commercial teams in the region

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Analyze business development opportunities and work closely with CEO to build business plans (new markets, on-line markets, product segments, exclusive products, gifting)

• Create and manage the marketing budget preparation (set marketing strategy, commercial line preparation, budget presentation to top management)

• Support key subsidiaries or account (Korea, China, and Japan etc.) in their marketing strategy.

TRADE

• Presentation of marketing plan to key retailers

• Build strong in-store/online presence with key retail partners

COMMUNICATION

• Build PR strategy for agent and local markets

• Optimize media plans in the region

• Develop digital & internet strategy for key markets

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any related

• At least 6 years' experience in the retail industry with hands on experience in handling marketing events, promotional campaigns and internal + external communication

• Strong writing skills in English with excellent proficiency in speaking English and Chinese

• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical, creative with passion in Marketing

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
