We are currently seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to cope with our rapid expansion. 

Responsibilities 

• Proactively explore new business opportunities 
• Engage in planning and implementation of various digital and/or integrated marketing campaigns 
• Monitor execution of clients' solutions and ensure timely delivery
• Establish and maintain close communication channels and relationship with media agencies and clients
• Work as a team player - be active, passionate, helpful and enthusiastic 

 Requirements 

• University graduate with at least 5 years of account servicing or media sales experience (candidates with more experience will be considered for the higher position)
• Experience in digital media or exposure to 4As creative/digital/media agencies will be a definite advantage
• Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant
• Energetic, eager to develop a career in digital media
• Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Ability to achieve results while working independently
• Strong sense of responsibility with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
