- Conduct preventive maintenance and install medical system
- Determine the appropriate solution and provide assistance to resolve the situation for the customer
- Work closely with the sales and product managers to provide pre-sales activities and demonstration

Job requirement
- Bachelor or High diploma holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineer / Biomedical or related disciplines
- 0-1 year technical support with IVD/diagnostic medical devices (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Good communication skill and problem solving ability
- Proactive, independent and patient
