Job Duties:

 

• Supervise and ensure smooth clinical daily operations.
• Allocate work across the teammates
• Lead and motivate teammates to perform quality service.
• Communicate and provide regular updates to management.
• Effective management of all medical report
• Drive continuous improvement in frontline operational efficiency, customer experience and clinical governance

 

Requirements:

 

• Diploma holder or above
• 3 years or above relevant working experience, preferable in Medical / Customer Service industries
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
