Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for processing purchase orders, formulating supply plan and perform cost management
• Negotiate pricing and contract with external suppliers and internal stakeholders Establish and manage suppliers’ relationship and performance for all supply chain projects
• Perform periodic category and market benchmarking analysis
• Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 2 years procurement experience in F&B, Hospitality or Catering industry
• Self-motivated, responsible and can work independently
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
