Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Textile / University graduate; minimum 4 years relevant work experience in Buying Office environment
• Sound technical knowledge in woven
• Good experience in costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and production tracking activities.
• Computer literate, good command of English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Able to identify problems, escalate and provide quality recommendations on solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operational activities including fabric/sample development, costing package, and preliminary screening & negotiation on pricing for potential programs.
• Monitor and follow-up the order so as to achieve the targets of on-time deliveries performances, on-time sampling, claim ratio, leadtime and turnover.
• Assist in sourcing new materials and new supplier.
