Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities :-

• Conduct factory audits to evaluate our vendors’ quality management system to achieve customer requirements
• Follow up on Corrective & Prevention Action Plan with our vendors after customer’s audit, to ensure they can comply customer’s requirements
• Factory visit & co-audits w/ customer and attend customer’s internal QA & QC & compliance teams
• Provide QA advice to factories & merchandising team on pre-production & manufacturing process by customer requirements
• Handle technical problem and improving on product’s quality
• Plan and implement on continuous improvement on customer requirements on both compliance and product quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hard line items (artificial floral/foliages items or seasonal accessories or home décor items)
• Familiar with US/EU chain store customers’ compliance and evaluation issues, QA standard, policies and documentation procedures
• Strong on analytical, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, coaching
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, good organization and planning skills
• Good command of both written and oral English & Putonghua
• Willing to travel and short stay in China office
• Strong team player
