Responsibilities include:

• Provide product quotes, pricing, and product information
• Process sales orders and provide updates throughout the sales process
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments
• Perform any ad hoc tasks  

• 負責客戶及部門同事聯絡及溝通,處理電話及電郵查詢處理銷售文件,如報價,發票,資料輸入,存檔等;安排及控制貨物的運送;
• 負責跟進客戶訂單, 開生產單及全套出入口船務文件, 與客戶及供應商聯絡及一般辦公室工作
• 執行業務經理安排的其他工作;

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above 
• 1 to 2 years' solid experience in processing sales order
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• A good team player, proactive and detail-minded
