• Introduce and promote the trust practice in Hong Kong (trust services and life trust insurance trust);
• Provide wealth planning & trust establishment and management services;
• Identify and map business strengths and client needs; 
• Manage relationships with trust clients to ensure that structures remain valid, current and appropriate in relation to any change in circumstances, and assist with restructuring if required;
• Increase client base & manage and retain relationships with clients;
• Conduct relevant training and seminar for brokers;
• Research business opportunities and viable income streams;
• Collaborate with the marketing department to produce marketing collateral. 

• Degree holder in law, accounting, business related discipline or possess relevant professional qualifications such as TEP will be advantage.

• At least 5 years of solid experience in trust services and corporate services;
• Strong organisational and follow-through skills – must be dependable, proactive and prompt;
• Mature with strong common sense; good interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player;
• Adhere to high standards of integrity and efficiency;
• Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure; 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin a must;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.
