Reporting to the Senior Manager of Legal, Finance and HR, the caliber will advise and implement programs for business expansion in the globe in line with legal procedures and requirement for a balanced growth of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to plan for the legal work and programs in a complicated environment and facilitate market expansion
• Work with internal departments to build up necessary corporate setup, including but not limited to incorporation, business licenses, work visa and other local regulatory requirements
• Provide professional legal advice for different countries by leveraging local and overseas resources
• Draft and review commercial contracts and materials for various business activities, including but not limited to product information, marketing materials, service agreement, lease, forms and legal documents, etc
• Offer insight and necessary in-house training for business team for better cope with the business activities in the country
• Assist governance and compliance programs from development, application and regulatory review
• Support department administration and other business route

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law or related discipline
• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years post qualification experience in corporate
• Working experience in trading, FMCG, direct selling preferred
• Good understanding of the Hong Kong and general understanding on the working principle in any overseas environment;
• Very good listening, communication and interpersonal skills, be able to find out the problem and shape the business case
• Good bilingual drafting skill
• Able to work in fast paced environment and handle request diplomatically
• A good team player; self-motivated for bridging up gaps and overcoming hurdles
• High ethics with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Senior Legal Officer
