Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparation of interim and annual reports and any results announcements
• Act as a gateway for both internal and external communications and ensure consistency in all communications materials
• Organize and execute investor activates and events
• Take part in roadshows in China
• To conduct in-depth research on HK and China property market
• To monitor macro-policy changes in various economies
• To handle ad hoc researches related to the Group’s business
• To assist in daily management of market data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 6 years’ of research experience in both qualitative and quantitative
• Strong analytical mind and organizing skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Candidate has less experience shall be considered as Assistant Manager – Investor Relations
