Job Duties:

• Conduct sales activities, promotion and negotiation with new buyers
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare sales and budget reports
• Attend and monitor daily operation of the sales office and show flats
• Assist in the preparation of sales brochure, advertising materials and launch documents
• Work with different business associates such as solicitors, advertising agents, designers, contractors and estate agents to ensure the smooth launch of sales projects
• Supervise fitting out and renovation works and handover of premises
• Handle complaints and follow up defect rectification works

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property field or related industry
• Outgoing, self-motivated and independent
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
