Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team to implement the Regional plans.
• Strengthen the relationship with Girl Guides Units e.g. regular unit visit.
• Provide administration and logistics support to Division & Units so as to meet the Guiding objectives.
• Prepare reports, discuss with Commissioners and make recommendations on unit enhancement.
• Liaise with units, districts, divisions and external organizations in order to promote Guiding activities.
• Coordinate service requirements from external organizations/internal departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder
• At least 2-4 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working experience in NGO is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Positive, eager to learn and self-motivated
• Detail-minded, well-organised and responsible
• Guiding experience is preferred.
• Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays required if necessary
• Work location: Kwai Chung
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Unit Support Assistant.
