Our client, a global FMCG MNC known to all, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position as a Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:                                                                            

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
• Submit short and long-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
• Ensure and responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients and providing them with high quality customer service
• Development opportunities and business expansion
• In charge of negotiations and problem solving
• Prepare quarterly business reports and presentations
• Conduct periodic business reviews with designated accounts
• Ensure that all agreed programs (promotion and merchandising) are successfully executed to gain maximum impact for the designated accounts
• Work independently in serving the clients with less supervisions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Key Account experience in FMCG sectors.
• Solid connection and relationship experience with retail chains
• Determined to work in a Global FMCG company
• Managerial maturity and ability to mentor others
• Strong communication and influencing skills (oral and written)
