MAIN PURPOSE

• She or he is the front line representative of the High Jewelry Maison, thus responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling VCA creations.
• Requires sales, service and language skills for success
• In-depth product knowledge
• Professional presentation of self

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and customer service:

• Maximize the sales of VCA creations, by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets (total turnover, product mix, number of transactions and other KPIs)

• Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service

• Promote and sell VCA creations by identifying customers needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs

Policies and procedures:

• Understands and abide by Maison’s compliance and security procedures

• Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to VCA standards and the display of creations are presented in accordance with VCA specifications

• Have complete and accurate knowledge of the Maison and our creations

• Follow authorization and reporting procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in luxury retail with excellent customer service
• With GIA knowledge a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
