 Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound call enquiries and provide excellent customer service to the clients over the phone
• Need to meet clients if necessary
• Generate new business with the clients
• Enter clients’ information into the database
• 聆聽客戶需要, 提供專業意見, 跟進個案, 協調安排, 資料整理及分析
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• 1-2 year experience in customer service, call center or sales
• Experience in Interior Design will be an advantage
• Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Chinese typing
• 態度誠懇, 積極主動, 富責任感, 重時間觀念
• 留心細節, 良好溝通, 善於解決問題
•  流利廣東話, 略懂普通話
• 1至2年電話銷售經驗
• 中學畢業
• Word, Excel, 中文打字
• 工作地點：鄰近黃埔港鐵站
