We’re looking for a Customer Services Executive to manage customer services for many of our wholesale customers within the Asian region. This is full-time role based in Hong Kong, and reports into the Operations Manager Asia.

About the Role

 

Together with Operations Manager, you are the main point of contact for our key wholesale clients in Asia on day-by-day matters. You are to oversee these dealer accounts with the order processing, stock enquiries, reporting and managing payment records. You will coordinate their deliveries with suppliers, deal with QC issues, shop-in-shop updates and liaise with different departments within these organizations. More specifically, you’ll:

 

  • Run the day-to-day customer service. You will be tasked with management of customer services and relationships building. You will proactively manage all orders ensuring that the monthly targets are met.
  • Take responsibility of our APAC wholesale ambitions. Take ownership of customer service and work closely with Sales Manager for the wholesale business. This will require high level of proactive customer communication to optimise revenue and knowledge.
  • Operations & Logistics. Supporting the Operations Manager, build close relationships with our Warehouse and Logistics partners to plan seasonal and daily workload in line with business needs in the UK.
  • Demand forecast & stock planning. Together with the Operations Manager,frequently communicate with customers and Sales Manager to forecast buying patterns for each territory for seasonal and regular replenishments.

 

A successful first 3 months will see a vast improvement in responsiveness and standardisation of processes with the wholesale accounts under your watch, with room to grow into further career development roles within the company.  

 

 About You

 

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial profile, who is driven by business growth. You’ll have a mix of these experiences, skills and qualities:

 

  • A rich understanding on logistics: you have an academic background in a related subject, or a min 3 years of demonstrable experience in customer services and/or logistics. Experience with working for lifestyle design brands will be considered highly advantageous.
  • A resilient and proactive mindset. You thrive on autonomy and ambiguity, and love to proactively create plans and structure your work. You have an exceptional work ethic and remain unfazed by customer demands and our rapid pace of work.
  • An empathetic mind, you care about your customers and naturally put yourself in their shoes. You take pride in delivering an exceptional service, spotting what needs to get done without being asked and love to go the extra mile to make things better than they already are to delight your customers. This, combined with your charming disposition, enables you to foster authentic connections and relationships that sustain and deliver.
  • An exceptional communication style. You have a perfect command of written and spoken Cantonese and English with other Asian languages considered a plus. Your attention to detail in all your communications is second to none. Whether it is in person or through presentations, you tell engaging and memorable stories that evangelise our brand and our product.
  • Competent IT Skills. You are proficient with all Microsoft Office products and prior experience using Navision would be advantageous.

 

Further Role Details

 

  • Standard office hours 10am – 7pm five days per week but flexibility for events and travel and to adjust to business needs. Occasional travel within the region required.
  • 14 days of paid holidays in addition to regular Hong Kong statutory holidays.
